Tom Cruise jets Suri to London for five-day stay

Tom Cruise hired a private jet to take his daughter Suri from New York to stay with him in London.

The 50-year-old actor - whose ex-wife Katie Holmes was awarded sole custody of their six-year-old daughter when they split last June after six years of marriage - spent five days with his little girl in London, where he has been busy filming sci-fi movie 'All You Need is Kill'.

A source told E!: "Last week, Tom sent his private jet to NYC to pick up Suri so she could come to London and spend some time with him.

"He is currently staying at a hotel just outside of London. She spent five days with him."

Tom was able to take time off from his jam-packed schedule shooting the film - which also stars Emily Blunt and Bill Paxton - and the pair enjoyed a "really lovely" time.

The source added: "He has been working quite long hours on the set, but he was able to have some time off to be with her. They had a really lovely time."

In August 2012, Tom took Suri on a trip to Disney World in Orlando, Florida, where he treated her to a night in Cinderella Castle.

The suite cannot be booked by guests for any price, Disney chooses who can stay there, so thanks to her movie star father little Suri was one of the lucky ones.
