will.i.am: Justin Bieber is a 'good kid'

will.i.am has insisted Justin Bieber is a "good kid" following his tough week in the UK.

The 'Scream & Shout' hitmaker has revealed he reached out to the 'Baby' singer following his controversial visit to London last week - where he angered fans by taking the stage two hours late at a concert and got into a heated argument with a paparazzi photographer - and feels the 19-year-old singer's troubles are simply a "bump in the road".

He said: "I already gave [advice] to him on the phone. He's good, he's a good kid.

"When you're 17, 18, 19, 20 the world can get you off course but he's gonna be alright.

"He has a good family, good people around him. Just every once in a while there's a bump in the road."

Meanwhile, the 'Boyfriend' singer's handlers are reportedly forcing him to sell off some of his prized cars as a "damage limitation" following his bad behavior in the British capital last week.

A source told the Daily Star newspaper: "Justin has gained the reputation of being a spoilt brat and his management think the first and most obvious thing to do is to get rid of the flash sports cars such as his chrome Fisker Karma and his white Ferrari.

"Justin isn't too keen on getting rid of any of his cars but there's a sense within his camp that ne needs to be brought back down to earth. He's been told when he gets back to LA to sell his sports cars because they think driving around in outlandish super cars is doing him no favors. It looks like he'll do as he's told."
