Woody eyeing Lohan for films, Post reports

WOODY Allen has done little to hide his love of the young, impressionable ladies and, if reports are to be believed, his latest muse is as young and impressionable as they get in young Hollywood.

According to the New York Post (and her mother), Allen is eyeing Lindsay Lohan for future projects, which the two discussed over a meal at "pricey Upper East Side eatery Philippe" Saturday night.

"He just believes in her talent," Lohan's mother, Dina, told the New York Post. "They're really great friends."

The elder Lohan added that, "Obviously, we think he's a genius."

"They had dinner together in New York," Lohan's rep confirmed to People. "Lindsay very much admires Mr. Allen."

Lohan has been trying to clean up her profile, though attempts at a comeback on Saturday Night Live and Glee have resulted in mostly bad reviews and continued negative press about her tardy behaviour. An association with the legendary director could be the career boost Lilo needs.
