British Columbia rocker Barney Bentall and the Grand Cariboo Opry are going to give West Broadway residents Something to Live For.
Bentall and the Opry will play a benefit concert on behalf of the Good Food Club on Nov. 21 at the West End Cultural Centre.
Among those who have appeared with the Grand Cariboo Opry is Bentall’s son, Dustin, who followed his father into the music business.
The Good Food Club helps low-income residents in the West Broadway neighbourhood by developing skills and healthy foods to over 800 people.
Tickets for $30 are available at Into the Music, Music Trader and the West End Cultural Centre.
