If you don’t have Taylor Swift tickets forget about it — her June 22 concert is sold out.
Investors Group Field announced today that the concert with the six-time Grammy winner sold out in hours after being opened to the general public after a few days of pre-sales through various outlets including American Express.
Kevin Donnelly, senior vice-president of True North Sports and Entertainment Ltd., which is overseeing concerts at the Winnipeg Football Club’s new stadium, said in a statement "we are thrilled with the response to this show and want to congratulate Taylor Swift and her promoters.
"She has joined an elite list of performing artists who have sold out a stadium show in Winnipeg in just one day. This puts her in the company of U2, Pink Floyd, the Rolling Stones, and AC/DC."
