Voyageur Kathleen Edwards to stop here on April 14
Kathleen Edwards will make a voyage to Winnipeg this spring.
The Ottawa native will play the Garrick Centre on April 14 in support of her new album, Voyageur, her first release since 2008’s Asking for Flowers. Tickets go on sale Friday for $37.75 at Ticketmaster.
That’s not the only show going on sale Friday.
Metal fans are in for a solid one-two shot with the double bill of Los Angeles quintet Five Finger Death Punch and Soulfly — fronted by Selpultura founder Max Cavalera — at the Burton Cummings Theatre on April 9. Tickets for the show go on sale Friday for $41.75 and $45.75 at Ticketmaster.
Friday’s last on-sale at Ticketmaster is the previously announced Trans-Siberian Orchestra show on April 13 when the orchestral prog-metal group will perform its entire 2000 concept album, Beethoven’s Last Night, in its entirety at the MTS Centre. Tickets range from $35.50 to $83.
