Dallas Green, Leah Miller marry in secret ceremony

  • Print
DALLAS Green of Alexisonfire and City and Colour walked down the aisle on New Year's Eve with So You Think You Can Dance Canada host Leah Miller in Toronto.

"It was a surprise wedding," says Alexisonfire co-vocalist George Pettit. No kidding.

In a December interview with ctv.ca, Miller said she was thinking of going to New York "to meet up with friends" for New Year's Eve. Sneaky.

In a nifty coincidence, Pettit is about to get hitched himself. He and his girlfriend of three years, Megan, are tying the knot this Saturday.

The two will take a three-week honeymoon and then, Pettit and his Alexisonfire bandmates will start recording their new album, possibly in Vancouver. He says it should be released in July to coincide with their stint on Warped Tour.

Pettit spilled the beans during an interview about his TV/online show, Strange Notes, which airs on BiteTV and is also available on aux.tv.
