Deadmau5 takes to Facebook to call out thieves

TORONTO -- Grammy-nominated producer Deadmau5 is fuming after a break-in at his mother's house in Niagara Falls, Ont.

The electronic music producer otherwise known as Joel Zimmerman took to Facebook for a rant directed at the robbers.

Zimmerman wrote that his mother's house was ransacked, with the criminals stealing a TV.

He said her paintings were slashed and her house was trashed, but added that his mother wasn't home at the time of the robbery and is OK.

Still, the 31-year-old -- a four-time Juno winner who recently appeared on the cover of Rolling Stone magazine -- threatened those responsible.

"Man, you (people) picked the wrong house," he wrote, using an expletive to describe those responsible.

"Mau5 is gonna find you."
