Hey there, time traveller!

That's bad style, Harry
SO Harry Styles bought Taylor Swift some cupcakes for her birthday last week. His own b-day is coming up Feb. 1, and she's buying him... what do you reckon? Bagels? Donuts? A one-way ticket out of town for being a cheapskate?
Nope. How about maybe $80,000 worth of Beatles memorabilia? Harry's a big fan, it seems. The Daily Star, in England, says Taylor has had people phoning around, scouting out what's available.
In fairness Harry also bought her a Jimmy Choo bag and some earrings. His people made it a point, tackily, to tell the Star that he spent $1,500 in all.
He'll be turning 19. Taylor is 23 now.
Rihanna won't be home for Christmas
RIHANNA has splashed out $12 million for a mansion in Pacific Palisades, Calif. X17online.com, a website better than its name, had the report first.
Doesn't sound like a bad place: 11,000 square feet, seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a 14-foot ceiling in the dining room, a four-car garage, pool and hot tub, and nice views of L.A.
But since the joint may not be quite ready for her to move in, she's off to Barbados for the holidays, says the Daily Mirror. And she's taking Chris Brown with her.
Like a rock, not rocky
MIRANDA Kerr told the London Evening Standard that she and Orlando Bloom are rock-solid. Not too long ago, she was spotted with Leo DiCaprio in public a couple of times. She said she had just spent two months in South Africa, where Orrie is filming a movie, with their one-year-old, Flynn. "It was great to spend time on set with (Orlando), and just be there for him, being a mother and a housewife."
And they'll be together for the holidays, but she's not telling where: "It is a total secret... It's the only place we go where we can completely get away from everything."
Wherefore art thou, Romeo?
YES, that's Romeo Beckham, age 10, in that ad for Burberry raincoats.
This kind of had to happen, deadline.com notes: mom Victoria is a fashion designer and ad David is a model. Watch for the ad in magazines.
DANNY Boyle, who staged that lavish opening show at the London Olympics, was offered a knighthood for the project, but declined it.
Now he has explained why, in a BBC interview: "I'm very proud to be an equal citizen and I think that's what the opening ceremony was actually about," he said.
Meat dress was at cleaners
WHILE she was in Moscow, Lady Gaga invested $220,000 in fur garments, the N.Y. Post reports.
The big item was a dark brown Barguzin sable coat; there was also green-dyed silver fox coat.
Gotta be more comfortable than the meat dress, and it has the added advantage of spoiling the day for animal rights loonies.
Getting her lavender dander up
KELLY Osbourne is usually below my radar; I mean, what accomplishment makes her a celebrity?
But I liked what she told Elle mag about her currently-lavender hair: When people mock it, she said, her response is "if you don't like it, sorry -- you have housewife hair. "
Throwing off the cover
AFTER five years with CoverGirl cosmetics, Drew Barrymore is launching her own make-up line.
Flower brand warpaint will be a collaboration between her and a company called Maesa.
Everybody insists this is not just the usual sell-your-name-and-cash-the-cheque endorsement deal. "This is not a celebrity brand," Scott Oshry, a big shot at Maesa, told WWD. "Drew is an owner and one of the founders of a new color cosmetics line."
We're talking more than 100 products for eyes, lips, and nails, at prices up to $13.98, all exclusive to Wal-Mart.
Time to unleash a pet project
KATHERINE Heigl, meanwhile, will try her hand at pet products. She has always loved animals, it turns out, in that particularly touching way unique to actresses whose latest movies have bombed.
So her Just One range leashes, water bowls, and whatever will not only make her a nice profit, but she will also devote a portion -- unspecified -- of the profits to an animal charity. Conveniently this is Kathy's own Jason Debus Heigl Foundation, named for her late brother.
The money will pay to "spay and neuter pets, place shelter animals in loving homes and help end the euthanizing of 10,000 companion animals a day," she says.
Being responsible is so taxing
LIL Wayne, the rapper, has been too busy to pay his taxes.
But now, faced with the prospect of foreclosure on his $11.6 million Miami Beach home, he has ponied up the $7.782 million debt.
He's known to the U.S. Infernal Revenue Service by his birth name, Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr.
