Pyramid to play host to Jonathan Richman this fall
JONATHAN Richman fans will be driving to the Pyramid Cabaret at "faster miles an hour" on Oct. 2 when the eccentric performer plays the downtown venue.
Ticket information wasn't immediately released.
The eclectic American singer-songwriter has been releasing music since the mid-1970s when he fronted proto-punk group the Modern Lovers, before a solo career that has resulted in more than 20 albums over the years.
Richman's most notable mainstream work was playing the singing narrator in the 1998 film There's Something About Mary.
