Rammstein to play here for first time on May 10

IT took 17 years, but German industrial-metal band Rammstein is finally coming to town.

The six-piece band will play the MTS Centre on May 10 as part of the North American leg of its Made in Germany 1995-2011 tour. Tickets for the show go on sale Nov. 25 for $66 to $133 at Ticketmaster.

Rammstein is known as much for its live show as its music. Concerts usually feature elaborate stage sets, intricate lighting designs and an abundance of pyrotechnics, including frontman Till Lindemann -- a licensed pyrotechnician -- singing entire songs fully engulfed in flames.
