THE paragons of 1970s pop will play the MTS Centre on Monday, Sept 16. Tickets for the concert, part of the History of the Eagles Tour go on sale Monday, May 6, at 10 a.m., through Ticketmaster (prices not yet announced).
The Eagles last performed in Winnipeg in June 2010

Alice in Chains has not gone the way of the dinosaur.
The Seattle '90s grunge band will be bringing its summer tour to the MTS Centre on July 8, with Chevelle and Monster Truck.
The band will perform songs off its new album, The Devil Put Dinosaurs Here. Tickets are $51 to $71.50, on sale May 3 at 10 a.m.
