MATINÉE - Be there at the beginning! Gifted dancers step from school to stage. See just what WCD's Artistic Director conjures up with 5 weeks to create on 8 of Canada's most talented emerging dancers. VERGE is... where the future takes off! The emerging artist company is a WCD initiative designed to give recent graduates and senior students from the Professional Program of the School of Contemporary Dancers (SCD) a jump start to their careers as professional dancers.
