The Late Lunch Show: Win/Win! Navigating Negotiations and Contracts

From buying supplies to securing a large commission, self-employed artists and cultural workers enter into contractual relationships with legal consequences every day. Learn how to approach negotiations and contracts confidently, communicate your interests successfully and clearly, and the benefits of forming positive partnerships. Instructor: Heather Bishop Heather Bishop has always lived her belief that when she speaks and sings about the truth in her own life, it strikes a chord in other people’s lives as well. A musician, visual artist, social activist and teacher she has been awarded the Order of Canada, Order of Manitoba, and the YM/YWCA Woman of Distinction Award. This event is free!
