In Dialogue: Martine Leavitt & Chris Rutkowski

Martine Leavitt and Chris Rutkowski will be reading as part of the 2011/2012 program of In Dialogue, the Manitoba Writer's Guild reading series. Martine Leavitt has written seven award-winning novels for young adults, including Tom Finder, winner of the Mr. Christie Award, Heck Superhero, a finalist for the Governor General's Award, and Keturah and Lord Death, a finalist for the National Book Award. Chris Rutkowski is a Canadian science writer and educator, with a background in astronomy and a passion for teaching science concepts to children and adults. He has published eight books on UFOs and related issues, the most recent being The Big Book of UFOs. Both authors will read, followed by a dialogue illuminating their lives and work.
