Sales Step 1: Get More Leads

This is a 3 hour session that looks at your market, the customers you have to create a profile of your ideal customers. You will learn how to identify the best prospects in the market and techniques for making first contact and getting them to contact you. This is the first half of the customer buying process (your sales cycle). If you have questions about how to grow your business, how to increase your customer base, and how to find bigger and better customers this session is for you.
