You Rock Workshop

You Rock Workshop - Thurs, August 9th 10:00 am - 12 Noon at 1150A Waverley St. In this workshop we will discuss how spreading joy creates a sense of internal joy, how Random Acts of Kindness will build your confidence and how to feel more wonderful by spreading the message of beauty. We will also be creating 'you rock' rocks. Space is limited - Pre registration is required by calling (204) 477-1123. This is a women only event. No childcare available. Working in partnership with Alfa Life Coaching.
