Clarence Tillenius, a Manitoban of great artistic talent, contributed so much to our Canadian heritage through his art and worked ardently to preserve our matchless wilderness. He passed away one year ago in January 2012. This exhibition honours his memory and his tremendous talent. Location: Pavilion Gallery Museum (Clarence Tillenius Gallery)

The Zoo is home to three red pandas - Rufus, Rouge and their cub who was born on June 30 of this year. The female cub has yet to be named and the Assiniboine Park Zoo is asking the community to help.
