Cooking instructor Manju Lodha is a visual artist, poet and author, as well as an artist in the kitchen. In this hands-on class Manju will teach students to prepare spices and cook a traditional Indian vegetarian meal. The MENU: paratha (flat bread), dal (lentils), baked koftas (zucchini and ricotta cheese patties), curried cauliflower, raita (yoghurt), rice, kheer (rice pudding), and chai tea.
