Sarah Elton and Pierre Desrochers—equally passionate about the subject, but from divergent views—debate questions surrounding environmentally and socially responsible production, distribution and consumption of food. Moderated by Bartley Kives of the Winnipeg Free Press. Is the new wave of eating locally produced foods a healthy way of reining in food-greed and building sustainability, or a myopic and indulgent trend?
