Valour Historical Fencing Club Open House

Valour Historical Fencing Club is the first and only fencing school in Manitoba teaching historical fencing. This sport is a resurgent practical study of swordplay based on the dueling martial arts of Western Europe during the Renaissance, approx 1400-1600AD. The club uses a combination of modern fencing armour and blunted real steel practical rapiers of the appropriate time period. Anyone interested in fitness, history, martial arts competition and/or community is welcome to join us!
