Process Mapping and Improvement Seminar

In this workshop delivered by the Asper School of Business, you will learn how to find process improvement opportunities in your organization and peel away their complexities. You will discover improvement techniques to use for a variety of situations and use them in your organization's processes. You will leave the course with an action plan to establish an environment of ongoing process improvement in your organization. The course fee will be $1,000.00 + GST.
