Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra presents Tchaikovsky Festival

Tchaikovsky enjoyed bonding with the "antique'' style of the 18th century. He brought all his powers to the Rococo Variations, a virtuoso work that brings down the house since it needs a perfect balance of easy grace, ample poetry and dizzying speed. Exciting Canadian cellist Denise Djokic has all that - in spades!
