Winter Solstice Sound Attunement

“As we honour the rituals of Nature, join us to consciously reconnect with the magical and spiritual waning of Autumn and the movement into the transformative depths of Winter” This will be a meditative journey with musical instruments including crystal singing bowls, drums, songs and silence. Please come early to get settled in before we begin. Bring your mats, blankets or sleeping bag if you wish to lie comfortably on the floor. There will be chairs for people who prefer to sit.
