PLAY IT FORWARD

May is physical activity month, and the Heart and Stroke Foundation (HSF) encourages everyone in the province to get together and get active. PLAY IT FORWARD challenges Manitobans to plan a physical activity with friends, family, and co-workers. Submit details about the activity and enter a draw to win a specially selected prize worth $200. All participants are then encouraged to plan their own physical activity - to PLAY IT FORWARD. The goal is to exponentially grow the number of people in the province who make regular activity a part of their daily lives.
