Assiniboine Park Pavilion Gallery Museum presents Totems - Life in British Columbia Art Exhibition

Phillips' first visit to the west coast was in 1927 and eventually moved there in 1960. He went on many visits to villages such as Karlukwees, Village Island, and Mamallilicoola. It is there he produced "Ten Canadian Colour Prints".
