Ginger Snap
2 oz Hendrick's Gin
1 oz pear nectar
0.75 oz lime juice
1.5 oz ginger beer
Candied ginger
To a Collins glass, add gin, pear nectar and lime juice. Fill the glass with ice and stir the contents to combine. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with a piece of candied ginger on a skewer and a long straw.
