Mixology / Easter Island Martini
2 oz Iceberg Vodka
1 oz pineapple juice
2 oz pink grapefruit juice
1/2 tsp vanilla simple syrup
To make vanilla simple syrup, add 1 part water to 1 part sugar and heat until sugar is dissolved. Let cool, and then add a touch of vanilla.
In a shaker, mix all of the ingredients together with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with fruit.
