Mixology / Hot Gin Toddy
45 ml (1 1/2 oz) gin
105 ml (3 1/2 oz) chamomile tea, steeped strong
11 ml (3/4 oz) lemon juice
15 ml (1/2 oz) honey
Lemon zest
To a snifter, add gin, chamomile tea, lemon juice and honey. Stir. Express lemon oils over the surface and garnish with zest.
