Favourite workout song:
"I don't listen to music when I train."
"If you want to look like an athlete, train like one."
What's in your fridge?
"Spinach leaves, things like different types of nuts like almonds, some dried cranberries. I cook up some chicken breasts once a week and cut it up. Grab all those things and throw it into a container to make a salad on the go."
What's your guilty pleasure?
"I try not to treat eating like a religion and try not to treat foods like sin. If you train hard enough and frequently enough, any food in moderation is OK. I try to set my diet to support my training goals and follow it for at least 90 per cent of my meals. I don't really have a 'guilty pleasure' food because I approach eating in this way."
