Pets of the week
Carly and the boys
This beautiful bride is my daughter Carly Ledd who was married on Nov. 13.
Capturing her heart is new husband Adam Defoe and Tuxedo-clad six-year-old Buddy and five-year-old Little Lucky.
Buddy and Lucky were so well behaved on the wedding day!
-- Lynda Shaw
Mckenzie
This is Mckenzie. I adopted him from the Winnipeg Humane Society six years ago. He has since taken over control of the remote and sleeps on it to prevent me from changing the channel.
-- Kristi Arbuckle
Autumn
Meet Autumn. She was eight weeks old in this picture. It was taken the day I brought her home. She was very excited to have a new home (and big brother) as you can see from the big smile on her face. She had a rough start as her mom was killed by a car when she was two weeks old and had to be fed with an eye dropper and then a small bottle until she was old enough to eat. We are all very happy to have her as part of our family.
-- Kim McLarty
TeePee
Meet my border collie TeePee who was adopted from Hulls Haven border collie rescue. She is seven and a half years old and a bit of a couch potato. Her favourite pastime is to get up early and get comfy on the front porch to greet our mail and newspaper carriers.
