Pets of the week

Coot

This is my sweet dog Coot. He is an Italian Spinone. I call him the Jim Carrey of dogs -- tall, goofy and kinda gangly. He looks like a Muppet and loves people as much as they love him.

-- Melanie Dubois, Brandon

Danny

Smartest bichon frise-Lhasa Apso in the world.

-- Pam Hickey

Carlos

This is our cat Carlos, who is six years old. Carlos was blessed into our family by adoption from a local pet store with the Winnipeg Humane Society, and fits right in! He is so cute, cuddly and loves to sit and relax in the window and suntan wherever there is sun shining. Our mom always makes awesome delicious dinners, and Carlos decided he wanted to join us for dinner.

-- Aimee Schwager

Sunny Girl

This is Sunny Girl with her favourite all-time toy. She is a cockapoo-bichon and will turn seven (this month). To get attention she will nudge her toy under the sofa, coffee table or bed... and then bark until someone retrieves it for her.
