Cruiser of the week: This car certainly rambled on

Darcie Muzyka's 1967 AMC Rambler 770 Classic looks a whole lot different than it did the day it rolled off the showroom floor more than 40 years ago. Highlights include a shortened 1977 Chevrolet Blazer frame, a 350 cubic-inch Chevrolet small-block V-8 engine linked to a 4-speed standard transmission and a Chevrolet four-wheel-drive transfer case. If you need some marshmallows roasted Muzyka, who is from Dauphin, also added a three-inch custom dual exhaust system complete with push button flame throwers. Other highlights include aluminium wheels wrapped in meaty 33-inch Toyo tires, a kicking stereo system, a roll bar, and a hidden winch for those rare occasions when he gets this unique rig stuck. Muzyka reports that his car/truck rides like a dream and gets a second look wherever he goes.
