TSN Radio 1290 in Winnipeg is the home of the Winnipeg Jets and will be available nationally online at TSN.ca and on TSN Mobile. The TEAM 990 in Montreal is also becoming TSN Radio.
"Combining TSN' s resources and leadership with an already established local station will be a huge win for sports fans, " said TSN president Stewart Johnston in a release.
"In addition to local coverage, TSN Radio 1290 will utilize TSN s roster of broadcasters, experts and analysts including James Duthie, Bob McKenzie, Darren Dreger, Pierre LeBrun, Ray Ferraro, Marc Crawford, Pierre McGuire, Brian Williams, Chris Schultz, Matt Dunigan, Dave Naylor and Michael Landsberg.
