Missing man found dead
Matthew Franklin
The body of a 24-year-old man who had been missing has been located.
Winnipeg Police had been concerned for the well being of Matthew Franklin and had sought the public's help in finding him.
Franklin's body was found Friday in the East Elmwood area. An autopsy is pending, but it is not being treated as a suspicious death.
