Three people in stable condition after Concordia overpass crash
Stretch of Lagimodiere re-opened in both directions

Police re-opened a long stretch of Lagimodiere Boulevard just before 9:30 a.m. after it had been closed due to a multi-vehicle crash earlier this morning.
As many as 20 vehicles piled up on the Concordia Overpass, sending three people to hospital. They are listed in stable condition.
The collisions occurred at about 6:51 a.m. in the southbound lanes and approximately 20 vehicles were involved, police said.
Lagimodiere was closed from Grassie Boulevard to Almey Avenue in both directions for more than two hours.
Manitoba Highways information services says sections of the Perimeter Highway are still ice covered this morning.
In and around Winnipeg, flurries, a temperature of -1 C and a northwest wind gusting to more than 40 kilometres per hour are producing a windchill of -8 with police and highways officials warning of icy roads.
Environment Canada says the flurries should end this morning then start again this evening with a high of 1 C today.
On Saturday, clouds and a high of -1 C are forecast; Sunday, expect some sun and clouds with a 30 per cent chance of flurries and a high of -1 C.
