Applebee's fire on Pembina causes $200K damage

A Pembina Highway Applebee's had to be evacuated Sunday night when a fire broke out in the attic.
A Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service spokesman said a fire broke out at the restaurant shortly after 8:30 p.m. The restaurant had to be evacuated, and the fire was contained to the attic and caused $200,000 in damage.
