WINNIPEG -- The Winnipeg police homicide unit is now leading the investigation into a purposely set fire that killed two men in a Notre Dame Avenue bathhouse earlier this month.

Police said today the cause of the fire is arson.

Steven Yablonski, 23, and Robert Clark, 62, of Saskatchewan, were killed in the blaze at Aquarius Men's Bath in the 400 block of Notre Dame on Oct. 11.

The fire was set sometime before 7 a.m., when emergency crews were dispatched to the business.

Anyone with information regarding the incident, or anyone who may have been in attendance at the business the night of the fire is asked to contact investigators at 986-6508 or CrimeStoppers at 786-TIPS (8477).
