Balmy day, but thunderstorms loom

It’s 11 C this morning, on our way to a glorious high of 27 C, says Environment Canada.

But.

You knew there had to be a but, eh?

There’s a 30 per cent risk of late afternoon showers, with a possible thunderstorm. There’s a high UV index of 7 today — that’s when it’s sunny, not during the thunderstorm.

Risk of a thunderstorm again this evening, a low of 6 C, then sun forecast right through Wednesday. Friday will only get to 16 C, but we’re looking at 20 C Saturday and 25 C Sunday for highs.
