Bicycle auction to be held this weekend
Last year's Police Bike Auction is seen in a file photo. Hundreds of bikes were sold.
A public bicycle auction will be held over the weekend at the Varsity View Sportsplex Arena, 4230 Ridgewood Ave.
The city's Community By-Law Enforcement Services Division will be holding the annual auction.
Doors open for viewing at 7 a.m. on Saturday with the auction beginning at 9 a.m.
On Sunday viewing begins at 10 a.m. and the auction at noon. A list of available bicycles is available online.
All bicycles are sold as-is; no warranties or refunds will be given.
