Bisons' Clark, Demski earn national nods

U of M Bisons football players Cam Clark and Nic Demski garnered national recognition on Wednesday.

Clark, who threw for 442 yards in the Bisons’ 51-38 home win over Alberta on Saturday, was named CIS player of the week on offence while Demski, who returned a missed field goal for 98 yards in the victory, was named special teams star of the week.

Manitoba (3-1) travels to Regina this week for a second-place showdown in Canada West as they play the Rams (3-1) on Friday at 8 p.m. The game be heard live on 101.5 UMFM (www.umfm.com) with pre-game starting at 7:45 p.m.
