Bitter cold to continue

Bitterly cold temperatures will continue this week in southern Manitoba.

The high today is forecast to be -14 C, but the windchill will feel like -34 C. The morning will be mainly sunny, with increasing cloudiness in the afternoon and a chance of flurries late in the afternoon.

There is a 30 per cent chance of flurries this evening with the low expected to reach - 19 C with the windchill making it feel like -27 C.

Tuesday the high is expected to reach -17 C with the windchill making it feel like -29 C.

The normal high for this time of year is -9 C.
