BRANDON -- The fire hall and town office of Rapid City have burned down in an overnight fire.
They were housed in the same building, at the corner of Fourth Street and Third Avenue in the town, about 30 kilometres north of Brandon.
Rapid City mayor Orest Woloski says two trucks were also lost in the blaze.
However, there were no reported injuries.
The cause of the fire is undetermined. The investigation will continue with the assistance of the Manitoba Office of the Fire Commissioner.
Damage estimates are not available but considered extensive.
