Chinatown festival continues despite rain

Despite the rainy weather, the Fourth Annual Winnipeg Chinatown Street Festival will go on today.

Most activities and merchants will be moved indoors to the Winnipeg Chinese Cultural and Community Centre.

The stage show will continue as scheduled, with audience room in the covered China Gate Bridge and additional space under nearby canopies.
