The Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra will appear in five concerts at the new Club Regent Event Centre after signing a new sponsorship agreement with Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries.

The first concert, the Music of Aboriginal Manitoba on June 23, teams the WSO with Eagle & Hawk, Sierra Noble, Don Amero, Ray St. Germain, Errol Ranville and Ali Fontaine.

Tickets, which go on sale Feb. 28 on Ticketmaster, range in price from $21 to $26.25.

Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries was named the WSO’s new "community engagement partner" today. The Crown agency has been an exclusive sponsor of the WSO’s Brandon Concert Series the past four years and has sponsored the closing night of the WSo’s New Music Festival the last number of years, a news release says.
