Cool morning with a chance of flurries

  • Print

Winnipeggers woke up to a frosty April morning today. It was a cool -8 C, although it felt like minus 17. There's a 30 per cent chance of flurries this morning. That should clear by this afternoon with the wind gusting 40 to 60 by late afternoon. High of plus 3.

The overnight low will be -9C. For Thursday, look for a mix of cloud and sun and a high of -3 C.

By Friday, Environment Canada is calling for a high of -1 C.

Staff writer would like to apologize for the bleak news.
