Winnipeg Blue Bombers veteran long snapper Chris Cvetkovic has retired.
Cvetkovic made the announcement Monday morning via his personal Twitter account.
"As of today I am no longer a @Wpg_BlueBombers but am now @Bomber Alumni," Cvetokovic tweeted, adding a hastag of "retired" to the message.
Cvetkovic spent 11 seasons with the Bombers and 12 in the CFL, but was one of 12 Bombers players from last year’s team still unsigned with CFL free agency set to open Tuesday at 11 a.m..
Import linebacker Ian Wild did some capable double duty towards the end of last season as the Bombers long-snapper.
With Cvetkovic off the list, the Bombers now have 11 pending free agents heading into tomorrow, including WR Chris Matthews, DBs Jovon Johnson and Brandon Stewart, DL Kenny Mainor, OL Justin Sorensen and RB Will Ford.
