Enjoy sunny, warm Tuesday because cooler days ahead

This is one update to the weather forecast we'll gladly accept.

While Environment Canada was suggesting the possibility of snow by Friday, that doesn't appear to be the case now.

However, the week will get progressively cooler after a sunny, warm day today (high of 22 C.) On Wednesday, expect a cloudy, breezy day and high of just 12 C.

More clouds are expected Thursday and Friday, with highs from 7 to 9 C, and there could be a shower or two -- but no sign of flurries on the way.

The sunshine returns Saturday, with a seasonable high of 10 C.
