February expected to go out on mild note

Somehow, the weather gods thought the Festival du Voyageur was this week.
It ended Sunday night, just before a spell of mild February temperatures has arrived.
From today until Sunday, the daily high temperatures will be from -3 to -5 C, with mostly sunny skies. The low tonight will be -11 C.
There's a bit of fog in the area this morning, particularly just outside the city. Use caution when driving on the highways today.
