Fire causes extensive smoke damage to business
A fire in the rural municipality of Springfield Wednesday morning caused extensive smoke damage to a business near Gunn Road and Redonda Street, RCMP report.
The fire has been extinguished. No one was in the business at the time of the fire, and no one was hurt.
Fire crews and RCMP in Oakbank are on the scene after being called to the fire about 8:10 a.m.
The investigation into the cause of the fire is continuing.
